Quality Testing & Validation Laboratory

Pull-Out/Push-out test
A universal testing machine (UTM), also known as a universal tester, materials testing machine or materials test frame, is used to test the tensile strength and compressive strength of materials. On the various materials and can provide curves and data such as stress, strain, time, etc.
Our factory is mainly used in product research and development and finished product inspection, pull-out test and pressure-release tests are performed on ball stud of various types of products, and the force value of the test machine and various mechanical curves are used to determine whether the products is qualified or reached expected performance indicators.
Elasticity Gap Tester Machine
Proper clearance control is critical for ball joints and chassis components. Excessive clearance may result in noise, vibration, and reduced service life, while insufficient clearance can affect smooth articulation or cause binding. With high-precision measuring instruments and standardized inspection procedures, we monitor both axial and radial clearances to ensure full compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Our gap testing process includes:
- Initial clearance measurement after assembly
- Monitoring clearance variation under load
- Batch sampling with data recording and analysis
- Process optimization and tolerance refinement

Muddy water testing machine
Muddy water testing machine also referred to as muddy water durability test. It’s a fast and consistent method to determine things such as overall durability, seal quality, or leakage. This test can be done at specified temperatures, for various durations using any combination of mud, salt, or dust, and with radial and/or axial load applied.
Our factory are using it for simulate the impact of muddy water when the chassis parts are rotating, and observe whether muddy water infiltrates, changes in butter or wear and tear of the dust cover.
Salt Spray Tester
All parts with surface finishing must pass a 72-hour salt spray test, showing no rust and maintaining intact appearance throughout the testing period. This ensures reliable performance in humid and high-salinity conditions.

Constant temperature machine
The constant temperature machine detect whether the adaptability and characteristics of the product itself have changed after a constant temperature in a specific temperature environment.
Our factory are using inspect the dustproof cover parts of our company. After continuous low temperature test (-40 degree for five hours), will there be any problems such as deformation or cracking in appearance…test)
Life test machine
The life test machine also known as fatigue test machine. It is widely used in endurance test of various mechanical mechanisms, and according to different industry categories, various specialized test machines are derived. In view of the fact that our products are mostly used by modification companies, in order to meet the special needs, of customers (heavy loads), we have developed “Ball stud horizontal and vertical dynamic fatigue life tester” which not only allows the ball stud of the test piece to continue rotating and swinging, you can also choose to apply pressure, in the radial and axial directions, thereby simulating more severe use conditions, we are normally using it to test the products durability.
Articulated arm Three-dimensional measuring instrument
The Articulated Arm Three-dimensional Measuring Instrument is a newly developed measurement instrument that integrated measuring machine with measuring devices into one. It is equipped with the feature of high accuracy as a traditional measuring machine does and is installed with an articulated arm for complicated workpiece measurement tasks. These features together promise accurate and efficient measurement.
We use this facility for our quality inspection and product R&D, which leads to excellent scale and size comparisons for both 2D and 3D geometric shapes, rendering perfect inspection results. All these efforts grant for our reliable quality assurance for our product assembly procedure.
Vickers hardness machine
Vickers Hardness Machine is also called as the HV Hardness Machine, which can detect the hardness of almost all the metal materials. After cutting, embedding, grinding and polishing procedures, the HV hardness machine can get graphs with high resolution without the limitation of the shape and thickness of workpieces. Moreover, the HV hardness machine can also detect the metallographic features of work piece surface.
All kinds of our heat treated parts will be arranged for inspection procedure to pass the hardness test to ensure that the material performance is considered active within the defined ranges, especially for materials with high-frequency features (i.e. the contact surfaces of the bolt ball head, ball head, tec.). Each part of all these products is sampled for inspections of hardness and hardened layer.
Roughness measuring instrument
In the manufacturing industry, when it comes to the surface quality of a workpiece, industrial insiders often refer to the roughness value as an important index to judge if the quality is good or not. The inspection may utilize the stylus to stroke gently on the workpiece, rendering the signal of the stylus undulation which is rendered based on the workpiece contour. The signal is passed through the electronic device and then amplified as output data or graphics that tell about the roughness.
This device is mainly utilized to detect the roughness of the contact surface between the bolt ball heads as well as the ball heads. Under precise measurement and strict control of the procedure, we can attain the best friction coefficient of the ball heads, which help improve the product stability and life span by avoiding inappropriate gaps that are caused in a relatively short period of time due to the unwanted friction.
Swing Angle Test
Swing angle is a critical parameter in evaluating articulation capability. Insufficient angle may restrict suspension travel and affect handling performance, while excessive articulation beyond design limits may cause interference or abnormal wear. Using dedicated fixtures and precision angle gauges, we measure the ball stud’s maximum articulation angle and range of motion of each ball stud.
Different swing angle standards and validation procedures are established according to product structure, ball diameter, and vehicle application requirements.
Through precise measurement and strict quality control, we ensure every ball joint stud meets design specifications, delivering optimal safety, durability, and stable handling performance.
Ball Joint Torque Test
Torque value is a critical parameter affecting steering feel and product durability. If torque is too low, looseness, noise, or unstable handling may occur. If torque is too high, steering may become heavy and internal wear may increase. Using precision torque gauges and dedicated fixtures, we measure rotational resistance under specified angles and testing speeds to verify compliance with engineering specifications.
